The Fruit Pastes by Persapori REDOLCE come from well-balanced recipes: sugars and fruit combine to obtain a natural gelato with an intense fruit flavour.
Each preparation contains a very high percentage of fruit from frozen fruit or concentrated juices. We want the quality of our Fruit Pastes for gelato to be their main feature.
The Pastes are versatile products that can also be used to make fruit ice cream on a stick!
